Is this considered a high/low collaboration like with Target + half of the world?I am really loving her entire line for Bebe, especially this wrap dress. I think it is a must have. It looks like it would look fab on any body type, including my scrawny one, so I'm going to check it out.
Has anyone seen it in person? I'd never do the hearts, although they are cute. And the thought of going into a Bebe store kind of scares me...
