If you loved Denzel during the Training Days, you really are going to love this movie. In a word--badass. Russell Crowe is such an ass [remember the phone throwing incident?] that I wanted to hate it but I just couldn't. It really is a great movie. I'm gushing, I know.
Not surprising that it took home $16 million on Friday, besting Jerry Seinfeld's "Bee Movie" [shocker] by a cool $6 mil. It's the biggest opening day ever for Washington and Crowe.
It has OSCAR written all over it.
