republicans rectangle valentine's day.

the RNC is now offering free v-day e-cards featuring their favorite Democrats

This Valentine’s Day, you can share some conservative love by sending your sweetheart an e-card propaganda from the RNC — a pretty pink rose-colored card featuring a head-shot of Hillary Clinton, or Barack Obama, with romantic tag lines like,”If I could rearrange the alphabet, I’d put T and AX together” (Clinton) or “My liberal heart bleeds for you” (Obama).

B. Clinton yet again?

Bill Clinton says f-it and throws his hat into the Presidential ring.

Since his announcement two days ago, Clinton has raised a staggering $550 million. He has also surged in national polls, rising from a mere 2 percent prior to his candidacy to a commanding 94 percent, ahead of former front-runners Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, who are now tied with 3 percent each. John Edwards withdrew from the race Tuesday, saying only, “I am not worthy.”

Although some have pointed out that it is unconstitutional for Clinton to run for a third term in office, he has silenced most critics by urging voters “not to worry about the Constitution for now” and assuring them he will address those legal issues immediately after regaining control of the White House.

He CAN change a Nation.

There is something about this that I just love. It seems to capture the hope and spirit within all of us who see him as the future.

John McCain's daughter almost makes me want to switch parties.

Her blog that chronicles her journey with her dad on the campaign trail is real without being pretentious something that Chelsea Clinton couldn't master even on an extra fabulous day. Meghan McCain is cute, funny, smart, engaging, and a real person.

She doesn't feed her blog with political fodder, she is just a daughter supporting her father.

And I love that.

ps--her sense of style kicks Clinton's kids ass.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a blogger.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad updated his blog today after tons of months of silence {last post was in March}. What has he been doing during said time?

According to him replying individually to people who submitted comments. Hmmm. Right.

He writes:

"Since my last post on the blog, a few months have passed. But this doesn't ‎mean that I have not been keeping my promise of spending fifteen minutes per week ‎on it. As a matter of fact, I have spent more than the allocated time on the blog. The ‎magnitude of the reception and acclamation from the viewers was beyond ‎expectations. So I had to decide how to spend the limited time that I have allocated ‎for the blog; should I write new notes or respect those viewers who kindly and ‎generously have shared their thoughts and opinions with me and sent messages and read ‎their numerous received messages."

I don't even know what to say on this one.

Spitzer is an Asshole

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is abandoning his plan to issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, saying that opposition is just too overwhelming to move forward with such a policy.

BOOO!!!

The governor, who is to announce the move formally on
Wednesday, said in an interview Tuesday night that he did not
reach the decision easily. "You have perhaps seen me struggle
with it because I thought we had a principled decision, and
it's not necessarily easy to back away from trying to move a
debate forward," he said.
