Ethan Hawke + Me = The Hottest State?

Ummm. Yeah. I wish. But I might be inching a bit closer.

The word on the street is that Ethan Hawke + Woody Allen [gasp! what a pair!] have a production company together and are moving their company's operations into the building where I work.

The last time I thought about Ethan Hawke was when I was rooting for The Hottest State, which ended up pretty much bombing at the box office pulling in maybe like 30k?

Umm yeah. That is pretty much Hiroshima status.

I don't really know why? It looks pretty good. It is forgivable that disastrous Michelle Williams [Dawson's Creek] is in it because Laura Linney is. I wonder why it did so horrible? It is about someone moving from TEXAS to NYC, is there really a better story than that? :)



Anyhow, the flick comes out on DVD on December 4th. I am going to watch it in celebration of his possible arrival =) On both the flick and the stalkage: I'll keep you posted.
