Tionna describes my current situation.

Tionna, my favorite Gawker columnist, weighs in this week on friends who get a boyfriend and ditch their friends. Sigh. I am living this right now, full fledged, with my best friend. The only difference between this girl's story and mine is that my friend lives with me, so she feels like she doesn't have to call me or ask me to do anything, that she gets in friend time by default (which is becoming more and more rare because she is never there) and my other friends are luckily not being this lame and treating me this way.

Tionna's advice, coincidentally, is exactly what I am doing, but it is worth a read. She is so great!

Highlight:

I have a famous quote that I like to say which is be good to your friends because when that person leaves out of your life, your friends are still going to be there. I don't know what it is about women but when they get a man, they get stupid and forget everything around them.

Women--it is really shitty to do this to your friends. It is not a matter of IF you will regret it, it is just a matter of WHEN.
