I really hate subscribing to all those e-zines.

These things just get old...but its like you just can't help it :) You have to know what the scoop is.

So anyway, initially I was annoyed when someone forwarded Vital Juice Daily to me, but I must say, I have been shockingly surprised.

It is refreshing, healthy, has that new trendy but interesting green factor...and most importantly they send you interesting stuff.
