iphone = invention of the year says Time magazine

I'm still not sold on the iPhone. Touch screens can be super annoying.

Time Magazine has made it the Invention of the Year. Yippee. Their article cover this tells us nothing that we haven't already heard about this overhyped gadget.

Last year they gave that illustrious title to YouTube. Interesting since YouTube launched in 2005.

My question is, Time Magazine, does anyone besides Steve Jobs really care what you think is the best in show?

Inappropriate. Magazines handing out titles to friends is so last year. Jump on the bandwagon please.
